    We can create an assignment brief for you, accurately outlining the position you're seeking to fill and the attributes of the ideal candidate. Our job and person specifications conform to the highest standard in our profession.

    We can handle the response from advertisements and also search our extensive database to identify candidates who match the agreed criteria.
     
     
     
    When you come to us with a vacancy you need to fill, we'll first check our books for promising candidates.

    We use several top quality databases, which are well managed and regularly updated. We carefully select candidates for entry and keep detailed notes of their requirements and all our interactions with them.
     
     
     
    If an initial database search doesn't yield the ideal candidate, we can post your vacancy on our website (see permanent vacancies and interim opportunities) and on those of our partner organisations. In addition we can place advertisements on other specialist recruitment websites, in newspapers or in relevant trade publications.

    We can either use text you provide or draft an advertisement for you.
     
     
     
    We'll carefully select a shortlist of the most promising candidates from their CVs.

    If you wish we can then carry out initial interviews on your behalf, looking at aspects including:

  • competencies
  • and personality characteristics.

    To help you select from your list of candidates, we can carry out a range of skill and aptitude tests, developed by leading psychologists.

    In addition we can carry out personality profiling and psychological testing of shortlisted candidates to confirm their suitability.

    We also offer psychometric testing of your current staff to help you build stronger, more effective teams, to identify learning needs and to set or develop career plans (see Learning & development).
     
     
     
    If you're looking to take on a number of staff at the same level simultaneously an assessment centre is probably the best approach.

    Working together with your staff or independently, we can set up an assessment centre either on your premises or off-site. Using a combination of group exercises and individual assessments, our consultants will help you make your final selection from the shortlisted candidates.
